But so many times we have been asked to “write that down” for a patient and so many of us live a fast paced lives, we loose that piece of paper and how many of us get buried in emails. But still deep down we yearn to make better choices in our lifestyles for us and our families. The grass is not always greener on the other side, we have to learn little by little to make our own grass greener. So as we grow this blog, we are all growing and learning too. Waiting to get healthy starts now, because if you have children you know, how fast time flies, and your body and your families bodies need this now, not 5 years from now when they are in school,or in college. We want to be healthy in our 50, 60, 70, and beyond. Don’t you want that?
